“This is a note to inform you of the very excellent service I received from your salesperson. Ziad Basheer. I had been looking at cars the size of the Cerato for over 12 months (saving more money in that time as it seemed that I needed to upgrade to the next model level to get what I needed). I had tried the earlier model Cerato at another outlet but Ziad’s assistance surpassed all other car outlets including that one. Very few carry through what they say they’ll do!
I have my Cerato for about a month now and extremely pleased with it. It is a joy, so easy to drive and has all the extras I was looking for.

Was very busy yesterday but spent some time last night looking at a few things in the book to get them clear in my own mind then plucked up courage to go to the shops in it for the first time today. It was just lovely, terrifying, but lovely and I’ll feel better when I feel more at ease with all the controls. I had a bit of difficulty opening the boot, not sure if there is a time delay between unlocking and opening [or whether the delay was just me!]. Perhaps you may know? Otherwise it’s back to the book.
I am so grateful to you for recommending such a lovely car and all your time spent explaining everything. When I saw it all dressed up in your showroom I thought it was a new model you had in and were about to promote … I didn’t recognise it as mine, so I cannot tell you how thrilled I was when you told me that it was mine, it looked so gorgeous. And I did so appreciate all the dressing up of it with the banner and the balloons, and private little notice on the stand. That was fun and a lovely surprise. [I hope to goodness the picture you took turns out alright as I take the ghastly photos imaginable. I don’t want it to look like I bought it at gunpoint!]
As I probably told you, I didn’t know of your Company until it came up on the computer but I will most certainly make sure anybody I come across that mentions the word ‘car’ hears the name and high recommendation for friendly, professional service of your Company that I know they would be pleased with.
