“Jenn and I wanted to pass on some feedback relative to our experience today in dealing with your sales team.
I have negotiated a number of vehicle purchases over a long period of time ( including 3 Ford Falcon Utes since 2006 ) in addition to dealing with two of your direct Jeep competitors relative to this changeover so I have a number of comparisons & sales experiences to contrast.
We first approached Jacques Du Toit ( now more affectionately known to us now as JD ) about two months ago, and found him to be exceptionally courteous & respectful without imposing himself on us as potential clients.
Most of all, he showed a genuine interest in our particular needs, and not only followed them up, but responded in a timely manner and appeared to work on our behalf to deliver a ‘ fair and reasonable ‘ offer without any ‘salesmanship lines’ etc ….
Whilst the change over dollars at the end of the day were very comparable, it was the efforts of JD that brought us back to Adrian Brien today.
He displayed a very impressive knowledge of the new Jeep’s features etc and when he took Jenn for a test drive she was treated with respect and understanding of her personal questions with concise & open responses.
The discussions with Kelly were very pleasant, informative and friendly, and when introduced to Gavin for finance options/assistance the handovers were seamless and uncomplicated.
The sales group you have were very impressive as a team as they left us with no areas of uncertainty and made us both very confident that the decisions made today were the right ones.
Thank you very much for the way in which you all went about dealing with us, and thank you Matthew for the apparent ease in which you granted immediate & effortless approval to my various pricing pressures to achieve the final bottom line.

Several weeks ago I decided that I wanted to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and I am sure that you will appreciate that the cost of an investment such as this caused me to be very careful about the dealer that I would eventually choose to sell me the car.
I asked 3 Jeep dealers in Adelaide to provide me with a quote and not surprisingly there was not too much difference in the price. Therefore the choice of dealer came down to the product knowledge of the sales consultant and the after sales support that would be available to me. It is for this reason that I decided to write to you.
I had the pleasure of meeting with your new car sales consultant Richard McLoughlin. It soon became very apparent to me that Richard’s product knowledge was superior (when compared to his counterparts in other dealerships). I felt comfortable asking him various questions about the vehicle capabilities and was impressed by the manner in which Richard explained the features of the vehicle. The performance of the car has proven to be everything Richard said it would be and both my wife and I are very happy. In fact she is so happy, took to driving it “like a duck to water”……………….. consequently it is now a “conversation” as to who is going to drive – no prizes for guessing who wins!
I bought a Jeep and remarkably the driving dynamics in this household have changed forever. Maybe Jeep Australia should consider posting a warning in sales adverts for men with partners who aspire to own a Grand Cherokee!
In order to purchase the Overland I needed to sell my existing car (2013 Pinero). I decided to sell privately to enhance my eventual change over price. Richard was able to give me a few tips which I used when preparing my advert. I am sure that this helped. (Your used car people did give me quote as a trade in but it proved to be woeful in relation to the value of the Pinero which I subsequently sold within 2 weeks for $9000.00 more than was quoted).
The bottom line is that I purchased a Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland from your dealership as a direct result of the effort put in by Richard. He is diligent, develops a good customer relationship and at no time did I feel “pressured” into buying the car. Since the purchase of the car Richard has taken the opportunity to call me to follow up on my Jeep experience which I appreciated. I have shared this experience with friends (who have looked on in envy at my new Grand Cherokee Overland). I am confident that they would be inclined to talk to Richard should they decide to buy a Jeep.
