My wift and I (Pam and Max) have recently purchased a new car. After lots of research we finally decided on a Hyundai i30 Hatchback. We called into Adrian Brien‘s showroom to inspect a vehicle and arrange a test drive. We were met by a very friendly and accommodating group of people. In particular, Chad made us welcome, offering us tea or coffee. When we informed him that the vehicle would primarily be for Pam’s use, he introduced us to Trish Grosvenor. This was very much appreciated by Pam and myself, as explanations and instructions are more easily understood and accepted on a woman to woman basis.
On that note, Pam and I were very impressed by the complete and straight forward manner shown by Trish to describing the features and workings of our new car. She showed great confidence and obvious first-hand knowledge of the vehicle. Her presentation was expressed with a polite and precise attitude. We were happy and very satisfied to be dealing with Trish and would confidently recommend her to our family and friends. The overall atmosphere in your showroom was easy-going and friendly, all of which helped to make a car purchase an easy and non stressful exercise.
On the day that we took delivery of our car, Trish made a great effort to make our day memorable. Our car was perfectly presented, complete with welcome sign and balloon. We were introduced to the service department and made familiar with servicing procedures. All our queries about warrantees, roadside assist, etc, were answered and payments were organised with a minimum of fuss. Finally, after hugs and best wishes, we drove off with our brand new car.
In closing, we would like to thank everyone concerned with our purchase, but in particular, we would extend our gratitude to Trish Grosvenor for her part in making a special occasion very memorable.
