I wanted to thank you, and especially Tanya, for your outstanding service today. I can be a bit of a hard person to deal with when it comes to customer service, I expect it, most don’t understand it. Adrian Brien definitely have it in spades.

I was full of anticipation about today, but it was everything as good as I could have wanted. The car is beautiful, it does lack some power until you learn how to drive it, but ask anyone who knows how to drive to take it for a run through the winding hills from St Marys to Gawler, and I will guarantee you they will want one! It excels.

Don’t want to bore you with that, just wanted to say how grateful I am for your attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.

“Hi Sarah,

I hope you are well and enjoyed your holidays.

I just wanted to let you know that while you were away Stacey was BRILLIANT in the way she looked after us. ( As she normally is ).

But we did have issues with a few of our cars that were not scheduled services that were all sorted out quickly by your team.

One in particular needed to stay overnight with Dave at Keswick.

Stacey sorted Dave out with a loan car so we could keep his overnight so no pain was experienced by the staff person with the indicator issue.

I know these things normally get sorted out without your knowledge but in this instance I would have normally called you… but when I phoned Stacey explaining our situation she solved the problem straight away no hesitation.

So once again I just wanted to say Thank you and what a great team you have… they’re a credit to you.
