I wanted to pass on my feedback regarding my recent purchase of a 2014 Grand Cherokee dealing with Richard McLoughlin. Over the years I’ve purchased many vehicles from an array of brands (an expensive hobby!!) and have to say, this last purchase experience through your dealership has surpassed all my service level and customer relation standards. A new benchmark has well and truly been established!
Rick was very approachable, knowledgeable, kept us in the loop the entire time; he managed our expectations perfectly and was generally, a down to earth nice guy. He wasn’t pushy; he matched the best overall product package to suit our needs and most importantly, treated us like human beings and not just a sale.
It’s evident that Rick places highly the importance of customer service and creating a positive experience that will be remembered for a long time. Even down to the bow on the car and the congratulations sign with our names on it upon delivery, was a very nice touch! The fact Rick had the foresight to take this photo before we arrived, shows just how focussed on his customers he really is. As it turned out, we totally forgot to take a photo so thank god he had taken one.
We have referred our friends and work colleagues already encouraging them to visit Adrian Brien when considering their next car purchase and will continue to do so. Whilst we’ve only had our new car for less than a week, we are very happy with the product and look forward to “miles of smiles” in the coming years.
The standard you set for your dealership far outweighs that of your competition. Perhaps you can teach some of your European counter paths a thing or two!
