It has been our pleasure to conduct business with your dealership over the last two weeks, culminating in the purchase and pickup of a Hyundai ix35 yesterday. Having driven the vehicle for less than twenty four hours, it is difficult at this stage to assess all the wonderful features we fell in love with. But if the smiles on our faces as we drove around Adelaide yesterday are any indication, we are in for a long and satisfactory future together.
Before we reached that stage, however, we had to be guided through the benefits and reasons why we should choose, firstly a new car and secondly, this particular model. And how fortunate we were when Andrea Gehan was our guide.
As you would be well aware, there are many disparaging remarks about car sales staff and this is unfair, as we have found staff in other service industries who fail to understand their customer. But in Andrea, we found a gem! Her knowledge of the product was commendable and the confidence she instilled in us to decide on the Hyundai rather than the Toyota Rav4 was a decision which felt guided but not steamrolled. We were able to witness Andrea’s completely professional, yet warm and welcoming approach on three separate occasions and, not only did she respond to our every question, but had that all important ‘finger on the pulse” of the dealership.
We were impressed with the ‘referral reward” cards included in the pack should we wish to promote your dealership and can assure you they will not be difficult to pass on, especially when Andrea’s name will accompany each referral.
